Feel frustrated,angry or furious? Emotions are not for being held in. Anger is energy and I propose here to let it out in useful ways. One I suggest is hacking with a pick at someone's lawn. Getting the grass out especially crabgrass gives a delicious rewarding feeling after you tear it out. Also the movement of picking is a very well recognized movement in Polarity Yoga; they call it the woodchopper.
Of course let others stand clear and wear strong shoes.And remember seeing the humor in all things espescially your own doings.!
